U.S. Shipping

  • Standard / Ground USPS: Real-time carrier rates shown at checkout; typical delivery 3–6 business days.

  • Expedited USPS: Real-time carrier rates shown at checkout; typical delivery 2–3 business days.

  • Free shipping threshold when you spend $45+

Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Address Issues & Delivery: Please verify your address at checkout. Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email support@getgreenhuman.com and we’ll try to help.

  • Rates: Real-time carrier rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Service level: Standard/Economy only (we do not offer “Priority” or “Express” international services).

  • Estimated delivery windows (business days):

    • Canada: 5–10

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (DAP):
International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Your local carrier or customs may collect VAT/GST, duties, and handling fees at delivery. These charges are set by your country and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Refused/Unclaimed International Packages:
If duties/taxes are unpaid and a parcel is refused or returned, we’ll refund the product cost minus original shipping and any carrier return fees once received back in resellable condition. Shipping is non-refundable.

International Returns:
International returns are not prepaid. If you need to return an unopened item within 30 days, email support@getgreenhuman.com for an RMA and return address. Duties and taxes paid to your government are typically non-refundable.

Restrictions:
Some countries restrict certain botanicals. If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, we’ll cancel and refund that item.
