30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Unopened teas and tinctures in original, sealed packaging are eligible for return.

  • Opened/used consumables (teas/tinctures) are not eligible for return for health & safety reasons.

  • Damaged or incorrect items are covered below.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (Replacement-First)

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we’ll send a free replacement.

Please email one photo clearly showing the damage (item or packaging) within 7 days of delivery to support@getgreenhuman.com. If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different product? Start a return (if unopened) and place a new order for the item you want.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@getgreenhuman.com with your order number and the reason.

  2. Ship the unopened item(s) to the address provided. 

    RMA and return address provided by email

  3. Once received and inspected (typically 2–5 business days), refunds post to your original payment method (your bank may take 3–7 business days to finalize).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened/used consumables (teas/tinctures)

  • Gift cards / final sale items

  • Items past the 30-day window

Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable unless we made a mistake. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
