Ah, the age-old question of package arrival time.
Well, let's see...we're located in a secret tea fortress atop a remote mountain, guarded by highly-trained tea ninjas who handpick each and every tea leaf with the utmost care. Then we handcraft your order with love and send it off on the back of a dragon, who soars across the sky at lightning speed.
The arrival time of your order depends on a variety of factors, such as your location, shipping method, and the alignment of the planets.
That being said:all orders are processed within 1 - 2 weekdays and from there our customers usually only wait about 3 - 4 days before their package magically shows up on their doorsteps!
Of course you can track your shipment!
Our state-of-the-art tracking system involves a team of highly-trained carrier pigeons who will fly directly to your doorstep with updates on your package's location.
Just kidding! We actually use a much more sophisticated tracking system that involves updates and tracking numbers - which you will receive via email or text once your order is packaged up and ready to come home to you.
But don't worry, our team of carrier pigeons is always on standby in case of emergencies.
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, don't panic!Just take a deep breath, brew yourself a cup of tea, and let us know.
We will do everything we can to make it right. We'll work with our carrier partners to track down your package or send a replacement, and we'll make sure that you get your tea fix one way or another.
Because when it comes to tea, we don't mess around!

The problem with changing orders is that the human on the other end of this website jumps up and down and does a little hapy dance with each new order that comes in.
Then that same human runs to the shipping department and does everything they can to get your order ready and out the door so you can enjoy your tea ASAP. Which of course might pose an issue if you want to change the address after its already out the door.
Our best advice - reach out to us and if we still have your package with us - of course we will make that fix for you! :)
We'll refund you in the same way you originally paid-whether that's through magic fairy dust or a credit card, we'll make sure you get your money back.
And don't worry, we won't make you jump through hoops or do a tea ceremony to get your refund. We're not that fancy (or cruel).
