Who are you folks?
We’re a small, family-run business based out of South West Florida. We make caffeine-free herbal teas, alcohol-free herbal tinctures (glycerites), plus a few simple wellness items like magnesium sprays and clean skin/hair serums.
What’s different about your stuff?
Short, readable ingredient lists (no surprises or sneaky "artificial flavors") Organic botanicals. Alcohol-free tinctures made with organic vegetable glycerin + purified water.
Are your products certified organic?
We use organic ingredients, but the finished products themselves are not officially USDA-certified (yet!).
Made in the USA?
Yep — proudly made in the USA with carefully sourced ingredients.
Ordering, Shipping & Tracking
Where do you ship?
USA + Canada. Hello, neighbors!
How much is shipping?
We show real-time carrier rates at checkout. Add to cart → pop your address in → pick what works.
Canada friends—do I pay duties/taxes?
Probably. Duties/VAT/GST/import fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs. (We’d love to control borders and taxes, but alas.)
How long will my order take?
We pack your order in 1–2 business days. Delivery time = whatever shipping speed you pick.
How do I track my order?
We'll share your tracking number in the email we send out to you when we ship!
Can’t find it? Peek at spam/promotions or ping support@getgreenhuman.com and we’ll resend.
Can I change/cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll try!

If it’s already on the truck… we’ll help with next steps.
Returns & Replacements
What’s your return policy?
Unopened, unused items within 30 days—totally fine. Email support@getgreenhuman.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Send your order # and what you’re returning.
- We’ll reply with the return address (we keep it offline).
- Refund happens after we receive & inspect.
No returns on opened consumables, digital downloads, gift cards, or final-sale goodies.
Package arrived like it went through war—now what?
We’ll make it right with a replacement. Email one clear photo (item or packaging) + confirm your shipping address: support@getgreenhuman.com.

Are your teas caffeine-free?
Yup. Caffeine-free across the board.
Are your tinctures alcohol-free?
Yep! They’re glycerites: organic vegetable glycerin + purified water.
Vegan?
Teas & tinctures: vegan.
Other items (gummies/capsules/serums) → check each product page.
Any sugar, flavors, or artificial sweeteners?
Teas: just herbs. Tinctures: naturally sweet from glycerin (no sugar added). If anything extra is in a product, it’s listed clearly.
Where’s the full ingredient list?
On each product page under Ingredients (and on the label)
Shelf life?
Tinctures: about 24 months sealed, room temp, away from sun/sauna life.
Teas: happiest within 18–24 months sealed, cool, dry, dark.
Others: follow the date on the label.
How do glycerite tinctures compare to alcohol-based ones?
They’re alcohol-free (yay taste buds).
Extraction is different than alcohol, but glycerites are a great everyday option for those avoiding alcohol.
How to Use
How do I brew my tea?
1–2 tsp in 8–10 oz hot water, steep 5–10 min.
Sip 1–3 cups daily or whenever your mug gets lonely.
How do I take tinctures?
0.5 mL (15–20 drops) 1–3× daily under the tongue or in a splash of water. Shake well. Smile optional (but recommended)
When will I feel anything?
Everyone’s different. Some folks notice taste/aroma or a gentle shift quickly; others need consistent daily use for 2–4 weeks. Slow and steady, plant-style.
Kids?
Please check with a pediatrician first. Age, dose, and kiddo quirks matter.
Pregnancy/nursing?
Talk to your healthcare pro before using herbs. Some aren’t recommended during these times.
Medications/conditions?
Herbs can interact. If you take meds or manage a condition, check with your clinician first.
